There are 8, 10, 12 hole options, right and left, on the 4 hole shaft part at the head part.
2.3 mm, 2.7 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm, Can be used with Locked and unlocked Cortical Screws and 4.0 mm Cancellous Screws.
